Products
I-Simply Recruit
Our flagship program for both the recruiting and staffing industries is web based.  

This product is really three databases in one: Candidates, Clients, and Job Orders.

   With the Candidate database you can import and search resumes as well as create the necessary personal information and notes to maintain a complete history of the candidate's background as well as maintaining a full activity history with your firm including interviews, offers, rejections, placements or hires, and ultimate completion of temporary positions.  This program does it all.

    With the Client database you can synchronize with your Outlook Contact folder by importing or exporting data to and from I-Simply Recruit, or just simply maintain a full client-contact database with I-Simply Recruit only.  Complete with full Contact Management processing, daily planners, and follow up re-contact dates. 

    With the Job Order database you can post open jobs to your website in real time, meaning that once a job is posted it is immediately viewable to the public.  Once jobs are created you begin the process of tracking your candidates from submissions, interviews, and ultimate permanent hires or temporary placements.  At any time you can review Job Order activity for a specific candidate, client, or job.  Complete with extensive reports standard or customized providing the necessary hard copy records when needed.
