Company Profile

Simple Solutions Software was founded in 1993 in Florida to provide an alternative
applicant tracking software solution for small to mid-sized recruiting companies. Since then many larger sized recruiting firms have discovered that what works for smaller sized companies works for them as well.


Why Are We Different?

Unlike many of our competitors whose main programmers and designers remain aloof and even unavailable due to attrition, our main programmers and designers have been with the company since its inception. We are a privately held company whose owners are committed towards providing excellent service to all of our clients with well over twenty years of experience in both recruiting and computer programming. We believe that our software should be a living breathing document evolving from its original simpler design to the advanced application it has become today. We believe that having a close relationship with our clients is absolutely vital to the successful use of the software by all of their users. We also believe that the software should fit our client's needs not by forcing the design upon a company with already well developed internal processes, but to also provide extensive customization capabilities so that the software becomes a natural extension and vital tool of that company's overall strategies.


What is our Typical Client like?

It is hard to define a "typical" client since our clients range from single recruiters to large multi-branch organizations. Our software has provided solutions to temporary and permanent placement agencies, consulting firms, executive search firms, and staffing agencies.  Although many of our clients do business in the United States, we also have Canadian firms, who have been using our software for many years.
